Overview
devprix ("devprix.io") is a collection of free developer tools. This policy explains what data is collected when you use the site, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Client-side processing
All tools run entirely in your browser. Nothing you enter into a tool is sent to our servers or to any third party — your input stays on your device. We never see it, store it or process it server-side. Share links put your input in the URL fragment (after #), which browsers do not send to servers.
No account required
devprix does not require sign-up, login or any personal information. There are no accounts, passwords or profiles.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site — which pages are popular, how people navigate and general traffic patterns. Google Analytics collects:
- Pages visited and time spent
- Approximate location (country or city)
- Device type, browser and operating system
- Referral source (how you found us)
Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish unique visitors. The data is aggregated — we cannot identify individual users. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Advertising
We use Google AdSense to show ads, which keeps devprix free. AdSense may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this or other websites.
You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings or at aboutads.info.
Cookies and local storage
devprix stores the following:
- Your preferences — theme, focus mode, pinned tools and recently opened tools, kept in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device and are not used for tracking.
- Google Analytics — cookies set by Google to measure site usage (for example
_ga). - Google AdSense — cookies set by Google to serve and measure ads.
Third-party services
- Google Analytics — website analytics (Google Privacy Policy)
- Google AdSense — advertising (Google Ads Policy)
- Vercel — hosting and content delivery
Data retention
We do not collect personal data directly, so there is no user data to retain or delete. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months, Google's default.
Children's privacy
devprix is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new date.
